Export and deletion

The controls available for personal SAFICE data.

Current controls

Users can edit or remove portfolio holdings, income sources, recurring bills, watchlist items, connected wallets and profile details inside the product.

Export

A signed-in user can download a JSON export from Edit profile. It includes profile, portfolio, planning, conversation and connection records tied to the account.

Deletion

A signed-in user can permanently delete the account from Edit profile after typing DELETE. SAFICE first cancels an active paid membership; if cancellation fails, deletion stops so the user is not left with an unmanaged charge.
